Most courses are delivered direct either in person or via live video for groups of 6 - 12 people. This approach means you get maximum engagement. What does that mean? It means that everyone participates in exercises that are relevant to their job. They get the chance to ask as many questions as they need. They even enjoy plenty of feedback and guidance from their trainer.

What happens when you book?
Our tailoring process ensures you get exactly what you need, down to the last detail. We'll take a full briefing from you to get under the skin of your organisation and why you need the training. You'll tell us about the results you need and introduce us to your delegates. You'll share information about their existing skills and the challenges they are facing. What's more, it's all pretty painless!
We also get in touch with everyone on the course the find out what they want to get out the session, too. This helps us design the course around them. This ensuresyou're getting the needs of your organisation met as well as the individual training needs of the delegates.
After successful delivery, you're offered a full debrief to let you know what was covered on the course and how it was received. Clients love the way we include advice on how you can help to take the training further internally. We even design follow-up work for delegates to showcase their new skills.
