Caroline Gordon
Always fascinated by team dynamics and what drives people and groups to perform well at work, Caroline is a trained leadership and team coach who founded her business, Mix Partners, in 2023.
She specialises in working with ambitious leaders and teams across a range of sectors, - particularly those who feel stuck and are open to experimenting together to find the best path forward.
Prior to this, Caroline spent two decades in and around politics and communications - for national and local politicians, in advocacy and - for 15 years - in communications agencies. In 2018, she joined WA Communications to establish and lead their multi award-winning health practice, taking it from market outsider to leader in five years.
