Inclusion That Works
What You Need to Know
PR is a people business. We're more strategic, more creative and build better teams when we have diverse minds.
But CIPR research shows we still have a huge diversity problem. We firmly believe there is a will to address it. But people just don't necessarily know how to.
So we are absolutely delighted to welcome Koray Camgöz to the this Big Fish Training "lunch and learn" session hosted by Emma Ewing.
He shares his thoughts on the state of inclusion; what organisations and individuals need to do to adapt and thrive; and how the industry can make meaningful progress.
Koray is CEO of the Taylor Bennett Foundation, an organisation that exists to increase ethnic representation across the PR and comms profession through professional development programmes.
Watch this webinar recording in which Koray discusses practical ways to make progress. It is a powerful message that diversity is unequivocally GOOD for business and something that's at risk of getting lost in all the noise out there.
For those who'd like to find out more about the great work done by the Taylor Bennett Foundation, read and watch more here.
